William P. Eichelberger, a native of the Central Pennsylvania area, grew up in the construction industry and founded Eichelberger Construction, Inc. in February of 1992.
With his many years of commitment to the construction trade and the inclusion of his industry experience, Mr. Eichelberger was able to lead the company to become one of the top construction firms in the area, recognized as a premier construction organization.
On January 1, 2003 Eichelberger Construction, Inc. reorganized the company and became known as Eichelberger Construction, Inc. d/b/a eciGroup, the parent organization of five, separate limited liability companies. Those companies are eciGroup, eciConstruction, eciWireless, eciService and eciResidential.
All affiliates are Limited Liability Companies owned 100% by Eichelberger Construction, Inc. d/b/a eciGroup with the majority ownership of Eichelberger Construction, Inc. remaining in the capable hands of Bill Eichelberger, its founder, President and CEO.
From a financial and organizational structure, the separate companies are each managed by a president: an individual responsible for each company’s particular construction specialty. Each affiliate has established its own credit line with the parent and will invoice and collect for work performed and continue to execute construction services in the discipline for which it was originally formed.
